16x20 Digital Swinger
The
Digital Knight DK20S is a 16x20 swing-away heat
transfer press. The DK20S combines a heavy-duty solid
steel industrial grade pressing framework with
accurate and easy to use electronics to provide the
operator with the best possible features and equipment
needed for today's various heat transfer applications.
There is also a jumbo sized 20x25 heat platen version
(DK25JS) as well as an air-operated automatic version
(DK20SP).

A small platen heat press popular for label printing,
small transfer and appliqué sealing. Included
interchangeable tables allow for isolation of the

DK8T Digital Knight 6"x8" Twin Label press
This label press is a 6x8 small platen heat press with
a high productivity design. The head pivots back and

DK7 Digital Knight 4"x7" Cap press
A fully functional cap press for printing the front
size of any sized headgear. Featuring a unique
hold-down device, it easily pulls the rear strap of
the headwear down against the pressing surface,
holding the cap in place.

DK7T Digital Knight 4"x7" Twin Cap press
This cap press is a fully functional cap press with a
high productivity design. The head pivots back and

DK3 Digital Mug Press
A specialty press in the Digital Knight line of
presses specifically for pressing mugs, this press
features a full-wrap around, handle-to-handle,
top-to-bottom printing. It can press images up to
5" high, and as close as 1/2" from the
handle, depending on the mug size. Being fully
adjustable, the press can accommodate all mugs
available on the market. The thick solid steel
framework and die-cast clamp assembly provides a heavy
duty framework for non-stop use.

AUTOMATIC
394-TS Air Operated Shuttle Press
This press is a high production, twin station heat
press and is available in two different heater block
sizes: 16x20 and 20x25. Designed for optimal pressing
efficiency in a demanding heat transfer production
environment, the 394 Shuttle Press removes operator
inefficiency and pressing delays in a compact and
user-friendly design. By utilizing two shuttling
tables, the press allows for constant pressing, and
the operator is able to load and unload work while the
opposite table is being pressed, minimizing both
operator and press idle time.

Automatic Jumbo Digital Swinger
An air-operated, automatic 20x25
oversized swing-away heat press with a
state-of-the-art control system and heavy-duty solid
steel welded framework. The smooth automatic pressing
and push-button activation provides a productive,
fatigue-free operation.
The extended 20x25 size of the heat platen is perfect
for sublimation and large format materials pressing.
The heat platen uses SuperCoil Microwinding™ heater
technology for extremely even heat, fast recovery and
fast heat up times. The press includes a stand and
lockable heavy-duty casters as well.

Maxi·Press
A multipurpose large format manual heat transfer press
intended for the imprinting of a vast range of
different materials. This press features an oversized
platen, with the option of a single loading table or
twin shuttle table configuration. Available in two
different heater block sizes: 30x40 and 40x64. The gas
shock counter springs provide a weightless and
effortless operation of the press.
Maxi·Press Air
An automatic large format heat transfer press intended
for more automated and higher pressure needs than the
manual version. This press provides an oversized
platen and a better production-oriented press with a
single loading table and high pressure pneumatic
lifting system. It is powered by a dual air-bag,
10-ton, 20000 lbs max force self-leveling mechanism
and activated with a push of a button and
automatically releases at the end of the timing cycle.

transfer twin station shuttle press that range in
platen sizes up to 4 feet by 8 feet standard, and 8

DK Universal Stand DKA-STAND
The Digital Knight Universal Stand is an extremely
heavy-duty solid steel stand for the following Digital
Knight heat press machines: DK20S,
DK20SP, DC16,
DC16AP, DK20,
DK16. It features a heavy steel welded
framework, and industrial grade casters. The rolling
casters can be locked with the foot pedals, preventing
wheel pivoting and movement of the stand. The stand is
quickly and easily assembled, an excellent add-on for
existing machines or new press purchases.
DK20 Auto-Release Pop-Up Upgrade
(DK20-AUTO)
This automatic release feature makes the Digital
Knight clamshell act like a semi-automatic, air
operated press, without the compressor! Simply close
the press as you normally do, and at the end of the
digital timing cycle the press releases automatically.
The Auto-Release upgrade also features the
"HOVER" feature. This means when the handle
is lowered without fully clamping the machine, the
press will hover over the work, usually needed for

DK Twin Shuttle Attachment
DKA-TWIN
The Digital Knight Twin Shuttle Upgrade is a dual
station add-on for the DK20S swing away heat
press.
Adding this twin shuttle removes wasted operator time
waiting for a pressing cycle to finish. It also
negates heat platen idle time while waiting for the
operator to load and unload. Production is maximized
with no additional labour costs. The shuttle table
also creates less fatigue than swinging the head as
well. This shuttle is solid machined-flat aluminum and
can hold any heavy, sharp, and rigid imprintable

The

mug attachment for the Digital Combo uses the same
exact super-robust heater band and pressure adjustment
as the DK3. All standard cylindrical sublimatable
items can be pressed on the full wrap mug attachment

controls the temperature and serves as a timer for

The plate die
