Shipping
All shipments going to a residential or commercial street address are made using
Canpar Ground.
Shipments can be made to Post Office Boxes however such shipments will be sent
via Canada Post.
Ship time varies based on the customers geographical location however most
shipments will arrive within 1-5 business days from date of order.
Upon shipment of your order, a tracking number will be emailed to the email
address provided along with being added to your online order info page.
All orders are carefully packed before being shipped.

Any product returns without authorization number will not be accepted.
Returns
Your product should arrive complete and meet all of your expectations. However,
we do realize that in some situations, a return may be necessary. In general, we
offer a 30-day return policy on selected items, based on manufacturer/supplier
return policies.
All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes
and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes,
contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and the original
documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. You are
responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will
pay the shipping charges on any replacement or exchange item(s) going back to
you. If your return or replacement request is being made after 30 days from your
receipt of original shipment, and that product's manufacturer offers a
satisfaction guarantee beyond 30 days from purchase, you will need to work
directly with the manufacturer to arrange for a return or replacement.
Return Policies and Guidelines:
• Value-Rite
Error: Error must be reported within 3 working days. Return freight
collected.
• Customer
Error: 30 day limit. Return Freight prepaid. 25% restocking fee applies.
• Obsolete
Goods: Value-Rite may accept obsolete inventory previously purchased from
us. Such goods must be in re-sellable condition and not past date of expiry. 25%
restocking fee applies. Return freight prepaid.
• Defective
Goods: 30 days time limit. Return freight collect. An explanation of the
problem and samples must be included.
• Damaged
Goods: Damages must be reported immediately upon receipt of shipment. All
items must be retained in it's original packaging for courier inspection.
All prices, specifications and clearance
offers are subject to error, change, cancellation and substitution at
Value-Rite's discretion at any time without notice.
Value-rite cannot be responsible for typography, photography, pricing errors or
other errors.
