The MyColor 24" 4-Head DTF Printing System is an industrial, high-volume direct-to-film production solution engineered for high-demand apparel print shops, fulfillment centers, and commercial garment manufacturers. Powered by four Epson I3200-A1 printheads, the system doubles the output speed of 2-head models by dedicating multiple printheads to CMYK color and white ink underbase simultaneously. Delivering sharp fine details, dense white coverage, and vivid colors, it processes gang sheets and custom graphics at maximum throughput.
With a full 600 mm (24-inch) print width, the 4-head system pairs seamlessly with an automated roll-to-roll powder shaker and infrared curing unit to handle continuous, large-scale production with minimal operator intervention.
